Cette bière brune est ronde et moelleuse, elle offre de belles saveurs de caramel et de toffee anglais.
Son léger houblonnage lui donne une légère amertume et une finale tout en rondeur.

 

L’écossaise est une bière ronde et moelleuse dégageant au nez comme en bouche une note de pain d’épice. On découvre en finale des arômes subtils de caramel, mariés à la douce chaleur de son alcool.

Son amertume très faible en fait une brune facile pour les néophytes de la bière.
