Cette gelée d'érable est un vrai délice sur de la crème glacée, crêpes, pancakes, gaufres, yogourts et desserts ou tout simplement un bon morceau de baguette fraîche ou grillée !
N'hésitez pas à la faire fondre pour napper des fruits ou une belle tarte aux pommes ou aux framboises.

Elle se prête aussi très bien dans la composition d'une sauce accompagnant des gibiers, pour le glaçage du canard, ou tout simplement posée sur un morceau de foie gras...
