En apéritif ou en digestif, cet hydromel doux et puissant à la fois est un produit exceptionnel !

 

Vieillissant en fût de chêne, c’est une sélection de miels de sarrasin qui donne au Médiéval sa couleur ambrée foncée.

Au nez, il se dégage une complexité d’arômes de fruits secs, d’abricots et de fleurs bien enrobée dans un bouquet boisé, de vanille et de café.

En bouche, il est puissant, corsé, liquoreux, étoffé, gras et savoureux, sa finale est boisée et délicate.

L'hydromel Médiéval peut se servir en remplacement d’un vin liquoreux.

Il se déguste en apéritif avec un bloc de foie gras ou il accompagne les fromages forts : fromage à pâte persillée ou bleu, roquefort, cheddar fort...

Il se sert avec les desserts : gateaux, pâte d’amande, pâtisseries, salade de fruits...
