L'une des sauces incontournables du Québec. A napper sur votre fromage et vos frites pour réaliser une poutine ! Cette sauce un peu épicée, salée comme il faut, vous rappellera vos poutines québécoises. Préparation rapide et facile.

On en est tous fan!!!!!!!!! et même notre fidèle ami Newton en raffole. 

 

PREPARATION :

 

Donne 625 mL. - PRÉPARATION: Vider le contenu du sachet dans une casserole.

Incorporer 625 mL (2 1/2 tasses) d'eau froide en brassant au fouet, bien mélanger. Porter à ébullition en remuant constamment. Réduire le feu et laisser mijoter 3 minutes en remuant de temps en temps.

 

MICRO-ONDES: Vider le contenu du sachet dans un bol de 1L (4 tasses) pour le micro-ondes.

Incorporer 625 mL (2 1/2tasses d'eau froide en brassant au fouet. Ne pas couvrir. Cuire à puissance maximale jusqu'à ce que la sauce bouillonne en brassant au fouet après chaque minute. Cuire ensuite 2 à 3 minutes de plus. Bien mélanger avant de servir.

Ingrédients: Amidon de maïs, Farine de blé, Sel, Sucre (dextrose), Amidon de maïs modifié, Protéines de soya et maïs hydrolysées, Oignon en poudre, Huile végétale, Caramel, Épices, Levure torula, Gomme xanthiane, Extrait de levure, Tomate en poudre, Acide citrique, Farine de soya, Ail en poudre, Extrait d'épices, Arômes naturels, Fines herbes. Contient : Blé, Soya.

 

Ingredients: Corn starch, Wheat flour, Salt, Sugar (dextrose), Modified corn starch, Hydrolyzed soy and corn proteins, Onion powder, Vegetable oil, Caramel, Spices, Torula yeast, Xanthan gum, Yeast extract, Tomato powder, Citric acid, Soy flour, Garlic powder, Spice extracts, Natural flavours, Herbs. Contains: Wheat, Soy.
