The amber maple syrup owes its colour to a harvest in the middle of Spring, when the maple water is very characteristic and flavoured. It will give your dishes whether sweet or salty a rich, woody taste.

Maple syrup with its sweet and sweet taste has a low glycemic index: syrup causes a lower glycemic elevation than sugar.

Once opened, the maple syrup should be stored in the refrigerator.

Well sealed and stored in a dark and cool place, a maple syrup cane can be kept at least 3 years before opening.
