Ingredients

• 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• ¾ cup milk
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (you can substitute with wild blueberries)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and line a muffin pan with paper cups.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk and vegetable oil.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
6. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
7. Using the back of a spoon, make a small well in the center of each muffin and add one teaspoon of Dora Blueberry Jam.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
9. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
