Gold maple syrup is produced with the maple sap harvested at the beginning of sugar time. It is known for its lighter colour and its sweet flavours and delicate, it will be less loaded with sugar. Perfect for cover on pancakes, pancakes or salted dishes.

Once open, maple syrup is preserved at refrigerator.
