? Blueberry Muffins with More Fruit Jam
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (you can substitute with wild blueberries)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and line a muffin pan with paper cups.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, then add the milk and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Using the back of a spoon, make a small well in the center of each muffin and add one teaspoon of Dora Blueberry Jam.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying.
