Canada and its provinces are known for producing many types of spirits, some of which have become iconic brands around the world, such as Quebec's Sortilège and Coureur des Bois. Here are just a few examples of popular Canadian spirits:


Canadian Whisky : Canadian whisky is a spirit made from a blend of grains, mainly barley, corn and rye. Canadian whiskies are generally lighter and sweeter than Scotch or Irish whiskies.
