The forest tastes good!

The dried mushrooms proposed by Gaspésie Sauvage are all directly harvested in the forest. Most of them cannot be cultivated and harvesting is therefore the only way to obtain these forest delights that are fully worthy of the designation of wild products.

Drying is a traditional natural conservation method which accentuates the flavours and aromas of forest mushrooms.

These fungi are harvested in accordance with their environment and are not treated with insecticide.
