Saronia: Distinctive Aronia Liqueur

What is Aronia?

Aronia, also known as chokecherry berry, is a small black fruit native to North America, known for its exceptional antioxidant properties. Primarily cultivated on the Île d'Orléans, this rustic berry is at the heart of Saronia liqueur.

Saronia: A Unique Handcrafted Liqueur

Saronia is a liqueur made from a distillate of Quebec blueberries, infused with aronia, strawberries, and rose water. This blend creates a fruity, slightly tart drink with delicate floral notes. With an alcohol content of 23%, it is enjoyed neat, on ice, or in a cocktail.

At the Women's Wine and Spirit Awards in Hong Kong in 2022, Saronia won a gold medal, highlighting the quality and originality of this liqueur.
