Survivor's Cut rye whisky, produced by the End of Days distillery in North Carolina, is a unique spirit. Composed of 65% rye, 18% wheat and 17% barley, it is distinguished by the absence of corn, an ingredient that is common in whiskies of this type.
Fermented "open sky" to capture the ambient yeasts and reflect the unique terroir of the distillery, it offers a complexity of rare flavors. Aged at least two years in charred oak barrels made by Black Water Cooperation, this whisky embodies the authenticity of the latest bourbon-style barrels produced. A true discovery for lovers of character whiskies.
This rye whisky is distinguished by its dominant notes of sour green apple, vanilla, brown sugar and black pepper. In the palate, it evolves from brown butter to sour apple, softened by brown sugar and vanilla, before concluding on a touch of rye bread, honey and spices. A unique experience marked by its terroir.
