The Boréale copper is a beer with a caramelized flavor, it has fruity aromas and a well characterized bitterness.

It is also the only one that tastes both fresh and chambrée.
You will appreciate it served well fresh, at 6°C, to bring out the bitterness, or chambrée, at 12°C, to accentuate the fruity notes and the sweetness of this beer.
