Distillerie Fils du Roy offers a range of artisanal spirits inspired by the history and flavors of Acadia. Discover original creations like the Absinthe Courailleuse Rosa, a delicate absinthe made with rose and wormwood, as well as the Absinthe Courailleuse, known for its bold herbal character. The Annis Thério, an Acadian pastis with notes of anise and licorice, revisits the tradition of Mediterranean aperitifs with a local twist.
In terms of gin, the Gin Thuya stands out with its woody and spicy aromas, while the Gin Thuya Argent, silver medalist, is captivating with its aromatic freshness inspired by conifers. The Gin Boishébert, on the other hand, evokes Acadian history through complex and refined flavors.
The distillery also offers artisanal vodkas: the Vodka Grande Bagosse, pure and smooth, as well as the Vodka Vieille Bagosse, aged in barrels for vanilla and woody notes. Finally, the New Ireland Whisky completes this collection with a Canadian whisky of Acadian identity, balanced and warm.
