Barley, the only grain used, is grown on-site or selected from local British Columbia farmers, then malted within the province, ensuring impeccable quality and complete control over production.

The pure water, filtered through glaciers and feeding a vast natural aquifer, contributes to the finesse of Shelter Point whiskies. During aging, the barrels are exposed to salty sea air which imparts a unique aromatic signature, typical of this Vancouver Island whisky.
