A Putin kit for 4 people with grain cheese and the famous poutine sauce Saint Hubert. More than taking care of the fries!
A poutine, like in Quebec City, with quiic coic cheese and creamy brown sauce to accompany the fries.
Frozen at the start of our workshop, it is to be consumed within 7/8 days following shipment. The DLC of your cheese will be indicated on the package. Put the cheese in the fridge at reception.
Shipping info: Orders with cheese will not be shipped on Fridays or bank holidays, to avoid any conservation problems. We know, it will be difficult to wait, but your Putin will be better; )

To make your Putin a recipe for 4 people:
- Get out and open the 500g bag of cheese. Separate the grains individually and divide into 4 125g portions.
- Prepare your poutine sauce Saint Hubert following the packing instructions.
- Cook your fries in the fryer or oven.
- When the sauce is boiling, reduce the heat and simmer 3 min.
- When the fries are cooked, place them individually in a hollow plate with the cheese portion and table with Putin sauce.

We strongly advise you to choose a delivery by Chronopost "home" by giving us an address where someone will be present at the time of receipt of the parcel (home, work, neighbour, ...) & a phone number.
If you opt for a Chronopost delivery in point-relay, plan to pick up your parcel the same day it is received.
