Kit Poutine - Fromage et sauce Saint Hubert
A Poutine kit for 4 people with cheese curds and the famous Saint Hubert poutine sauce. Just take care of the fries!
A poutine just like in Quebec with squeaky cheese curds and a creamy brown sauce to go with the fries.
Frozen at the start from our workshop, it should be consumed within 8/10 days of shipment. The best before date of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Put the cheese in the fridge upon receipt.
Shipping info: Orders containing cheese will not be shipped on Fridays or the day before public holidays, to avoid any conservation issues. We know it will be hard to wait, but your Poutine will be all the better for it! ;)

To make your Poutine here is a recipe for 4 people:
- Take out and open the 500g bag of cheese. Separate the curds individually and divide into 4 portions of 125g each.
- Prepare your Saint Hubert poutine sauce by following the instructions on the package.
- Cook your fries in a deep fryer or oven.
- When the sauce preparation is boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- When the fries are cooked, arrange them in individual servings in a deep plate with the portion of cheese and drizzle with the Poutine sauce.

Frozen at the start from our warehouse, the cheese should be consumed within 7/8 days after shipment. Product thawed upon delivery. DO NOT REFREEZE
We strongly advise you to choose a "home" delivery by Chronopost, providing an address where someone will be present at the time of parcel reception (home, work, neighbor, ...) & a phone number.
If you opt for a Chronopost delivery to a pickup point, plan to collect your parcel on the same day it is received.
In case of delivery delay due to the carrier, please consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale to know the compensation terms according to the chosen delivery method.
