45 ml (11⁄2 oz) Coureur des bois maple cream

150 ml (5 oz) milk

Chilled fresh coffee

Ice cubes

Preparation

Prepare the coffee, then leave to cool. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the Coureur des bois maple cream. Top up with the cooled coffee. Mix the ingredients with a spoon. Top with milk foam.
