Whisky WESTLAND Colere Edition 2
Westland Edition Colere 2 is an American whisky produced by the distillery Westland seattle, Washington State. This is the second edition of the Colere Limited Series, which celebrates the exploration of new flavours and aging techniques.
Edition Colere 2 is an assemblage of aged malt whiskies in three different types of barrels: new American white oak barrels, barrels of Xéres Oloroso and French red wine barrels. Each of these drums brings distinct notes of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits and spices.
The whisky is aged for a minimum duration of 46 months, allowing to develop a complexity of flavors and aromas. It is bottled at an alcohol level of 56.6% ABV, without cold filtering or added colouring.
Edition Colere 2 is an elegant and complex whisky, with notes of ripe fruit, caramel, vanilla, spices and grilled oak. It is ideal to be tasted alone or with a little water to further open the flavors. Only 4600 bottles were produced, making it a limited edition highly sought after by whisky lovers.
