Recipe for 8 pancakes:

In a bowl, mix:

- 150 g pancake mixture

- 25 cl milk

- 1 egg

Pour the mixture into a warm and slightly buttered pan and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear on the surface. Turn around and continue cooking for a few seconds.

Serve with maple syrup.
