Instead of using sugar, as is usually the case with liqueurs, whisky is blended with maple syrup. The alcohol content is around 30°C. This alcohol is very smooth on the palate, but hits just as hard as a maple tree falling on you!

In a shaker, add ice cubes and 2 cloves, then pour in 2 tablespoons of Sortilège and 2 tablespoons of Chic Choc Spiced Rhum. Shake well. Pour the cocktail through a small sieve and top up with 2 tablespoons of cranberry juice.
