Adopted by the Quebec government, the "Fleurdelysé" was raised for the first time on January 21, 1948 at 3 p.m. Don't say it's blue and white!! It is "of Azure to the silver cross confined to four flowers of lilies itself"!

According to a survey conducted in 2001 by an American association of Flag Passionates ("North American Vexillological Asso."), he was elected the most beautiful provincial/territorial flag and finished on the podium in 3rd place of the most beautiful flag of all states or provinces, Canada and the United States combined.
