A Story Rooted in History: From Ancestor Jean-Baptiste to Current Innovations

Jean-Baptiste Jodoin established the first orchard in 1901 in the Rougemont area. His son Ernest and his many children continued the operation, transporting their harvests to the Bonsecours Market in Montreal. Today, Michel has taken up the torch, introducing new apple varieties and creating experimental cuvées, blending family heritage with creativity.

A Diverse Range of Ciders, Sparkling Wines, Spirits, and Rosés

The cidery offers a complete assortment: white or rosé sparkling ciders, still ciders, sparkling ciders, the famous Quebec ice cider, not to mention apple-based spirits such as brandy aged three years in American oak barrels. Among the flagship cuvées, "Tranquille Fort Blanc" is elegant and floral, while the brandy impresses with its woody warmth and ripe apple.
