The Rosemont Whisky of Montreal is a creation based mainly on corn, an emblematic characteristic of bourbons. They use a mixture of corn (80%), wheat (10%) and barley (10%) carefully grown in Saint-Constant. The must thus obtained is subjected to double distillation in a charentais still before being meticulously aged for three years in white oak barrels.

The woody aromas resulting from this maturation process blend harmoniously with deliciously vanilla and caramelized notes, giving birth to an unrivalled smooth whisky. Detached pure or on ice, it reveals all its splendor, but it also excels as an ingredient of choice for your cocktails.
