The St. Laurent Acerum is a noble brandy that highlights the delicate and exquisite aromas of distilled maple sap.

Fermentation uses only simple ingredients: Quebec maple syrup, water and yeast. The maple must is then subjected to double distillation in a Scottish-style copper alembic. No sweetener or aromatic substance is introduced into this precious distillate.

Then, the St. Laurent Acerum is carefully aged in oak barrels, new and used, for more than 3 years.
