Founded in 2015 by Alayne and Jason MacIsaac, Sheringham Distillery is a Canadian micro-distillery located in Campbell River, on Vancouver Island. From its inception, it has specialized in the creation of exceptional artisanal spirits, made from high-quality local ingredients.

A Culinary Approach to Distillation

Jason MacIsaac, a former chef, applies the same principles to the distillation process as he does in haute cuisine: harmonizing flavors to create a unique experience. According to him, every chef has the same basic ingredients, but it is the mastery of measurement and balance that makes the difference—a principle he perfectly transposes into the creation of spirits.

Alayne, on the other hand, is the creative soul of the distillery, bringing elegance and finesse to Sheringham bottles. Their combined expertise, between culinary precision and innovation, results in refined spirits that embody passion and excellence.
