A Story of Passion and Quebec Terroir

Founded in 2017 by Gérald Lacroix and Josée Métivier in Shefford, this artisanal distillery quickly took root in the Shefford region (Montérégie), thanks to a rural and authentic vision. Acquired in 2020 by the Bourassa Brothers, renowned maple syrup producers, it joined forces with Cabane à Boubou to form a unique duo that values maple and local grains.

A Complete Expertise from Field to Bottle

Distillerie Shefford masters every step of production: cereal cropping, tapping 60,000 maple trees, and creating spirits such as acerum (fermented/distilled maple syrup), vodka, gin, whisky, and their famous maple cream. The ingredients are thus local, natural, and carry the essence of Quebec terroir.
