Le GIN DE NEIGE is a gin made in small quantities, double gold medalist at the IWSC of San Francisco in 2019. Its unique flavor is obtained by the infusion and distillation of spices and wild herbs from Quebec, including juniper berries, sweet clover flowers, white spruce shoots, and lichen. The result is a fragrant and balanced blend. By adding NEIGE ice cider, the gin acquires a refined and silky texture, perfect to be enjoyed alone on ice or in a cocktail.
