The "Fresh Purple" Cocktail

Ingredients: a tablespoon of cranberry jam/30ml of Violette Gin/30ml of cranberry syrup/Tonic Water/ice cubes

1- Put ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass

2- Place the cranberry jam at the bottom of a shaker then add the gin and syrup

3- Shake vigorously for about ten seconds before pouring into the glass

4- Top up with tonic water
