Fresh Purple Cocktail

Ingredients: a tablespoon of cranberry jam/30ml of Gin Violet/30ml cranberry syrup/Soda tonic/glasses

1-Putting ice cubes in an old fashioned glass

2- Place the cranberry jam at the bottom of a shaker and add the gin and syrup

3- Shake vigorously for about ten seconds before pouring into the glass

4- Complete with soda

Mariana distillery is a Quebec distillery that puts Canada's particular flavours at the heart of its liquors. It is inspired by the nature of the country and thus marks the spirits and moments of sharing.

Notes : Epilobe, juniper berry, lavender, chamomile, grapefruit bark, rosemary and bergamot.
