The "Mormenthe" Cocktail:

Ingredients: 30ml of Rum Morbleu /22ml cane sugar syrup / 22ml lime juice/ 6-8 mint leaves

1- Put ice in the glass to cool it.

2- Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.

3- Empty the ice cream from the glass and pour the cocktail through a colander.

4- Decorate the glass with a slice of lime or mint.



Mariana distillery is a Quebec distillery. She wishes to mark the spirits with her alcohols by participating in the creation of memories of those who consume them. In developing her alcohols, she is inspired by Canadian nature.
