The "Mormenthe" Cocktail:

Ingredients: 30ml of Rum Morbleu /22ml cane sugar syrup / 22ml lime juice/ 6-8 mint leaves

1- Put ice in the glass to cool it.

2- Pour all ingredients into a shaker and shake briskly for about 10 seconds.

3- Empty the ice from the glass and pour the cocktail through a colander.

4- Decorate the glass with a slice of lime or a spring of mint.
