In Strasbourg, it is common to drink bitter beer as an aperitif.
The bitter used for this is a classic Alsatian liqueur with a taste of orange, gentian and other spices. Bittermens reinterprets this liquor in its own way, with some "improvements" to make it even easier to work. Ideal in cocktails such as Brooklyn, or Liberal.
