Frozen at the start of our workshop, it is to be consumed within 3/4 days following shipment. The DLC of your cheese will be indicated on the package. Put the cheese in the fridge at reception.

Shipping info: Orders with cheese will not be shipped on Fridays or bank holidays, to avoid any conservation problems.

We strongly advise you to choose a delivery by Chronopost "home" by giving us an address where someone will be present at the time of receipt of the parcel (home, work, neighbour, ...) & a phone number.

If you opt for a Chronopost delivery in point-relay, plan to pick up your parcel the same day it is received.

In case of delay in delivery due to the carrier, please consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for details of compensation according to the method of delivery chosen.
