Shipping info: Orders with cheese will not be shipped on Fridays or bank holidays, to avoid any conservation problems. We know, it will be difficult to wait, but your Putin will be better; )
Do you realize a POUTINE at home like in Quebec?
Recipe for 4 or 5 PERSONS (500 g cheese)
- Remove the cheese bag and open it to take room temperature. Separate the grains individually and divide into 4 or 5 portions of 100/125 g
- Putin Sauce: dilute 75g of the preparation in 1/2 L of cold water. Heat while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Cook your fries in the fryer (they will be more crispy and warmer) or in the oven
- When the Putin sauce preparation is boiling, reduce the heat and simmer 3 minutes
- When the fries are well-gold, serve them quickly in an individual hollow plate, add over the cheese portion to Putin and cover with the very hot Putin sauce and that's all!
You can also innovate with the Bourbon Maple Sauce to replace classic Putin sauce or add small pieces of white meat and/or mushrooms!

We strongly advise you to choose a delivery by Chronopost "home" by giving us an address where someone will be present at the time of receipt of the parcel (home, work, neighbour, ...) & a phone number.
If you opt for a Chronopost delivery in point-relay, plan to pick up your parcel the same day it is received.
