Frozen upon leaving our workshop, it should be consumed within 8/10 days following shipment. The use-by date of your cheese will be indicated on the packaging. Place the cheese in the fridge upon receipt.
Shipping info: Orders containing cheese will not be shipped on Fridays or the eves of public holidays, to avoid any preservation issues. We know it will be hard to wait, but your Poutine will be all the better for it! ;)
Make a POUTINE at home like in Quebec?
Recipe for 4 or 5 PEOPLE (500 g of cheese)
- Remove the cheese bag and open it to bring it to room temperature. Separate the curds individually and divide into 4 or 5 portions of 100/125 g each
- Poutine Sauce: dissolve 75g of the mix in 1/2 L of cold water. Heat while stirring with a whisk to avoid lumps.
- Cook your fries in a deep fryer (they will be crispier and hotter) or in the oven
- When the Poutine sauce mix is boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes
- When the fries are nicely golden, serve them quickly in a deep plate individually, add the portion of Poutine cheese on top and drizzle with the hot Poutine sauce and that's it!
You can also innovate with Maple Bourbon Sauce instead of the classic Poutine sauce or add small pieces of white meat and/or mushrooms!

We strongly advise you to choose a home delivery by Chronopost, providing an address where someone will be present at the time of delivery (home, work, neighbor, ...) & a phone number.
If you opt for a Chronopost delivery to a relay point, plan to pick up your package on the day it's received.
In case of delivery delay due to the carrier, please consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale to know the compensation terms according to the chosen delivery mode.
