Gin Veilli Radoune O'Dwyer

An aged and structured gin from Distillery O'Dwyer in Gaspésie

Inspired by Old Whiskys that take the time to taste at the corner of the fireplace, this gin with amber dress and mahogany hues is characterized by a complex aromatic assemblage.

The subtlety of woody flavours and the delicateness of the boreal notes are present. The whole aged oak between the Saint Laurent and the Atlantic. A Gaspé nugget!

Fréderic, master distiller, personally selects each of his futes. They come from distilleries that produce rye whisky, bourbon and Canadian whisky. The drums are saturated with water for a week before being filled with gin, so as not to lose completely the flavor of the Radoune.

Compared to the "original" Radoune, it is slightly wooded and finished with a smoky touch of aging in oak barrels, previously used to age Canadian whisky.

Very good served on ice, or with soda/tonic with a lime or lemon area.

Découvert lors d'un séjour en Gaspesie. J'avais testé la version "blanche". Enfin pas ambrée. Celui-ci est plus sec, mais toujours aussi parfumé
