Au nez, des notes très prononcées de la fameuse tire d’érable québécoise, mais également une saveur légèrement torréfiée.

En bouche, on reconnaît la saveur caractéristique du whisky, mais sans aucune agressivité. Le seigle du produit de base rajoute un délicat goût épicé.
Une très longue finale savoureuse grâce à sa texture quasiment sirupeuse.

Le whisky d'érable Tomahawk est un apéritif original et délicieux, il se marie parfaitement aux cafés ou desserts.
C'est aussi un excellent digestif, mais peut aussi être fortifié d’un spiritueux vieilli de votre choix pour être consommé en apéritif sur glace.
