This whisky won the MEDAILLE D.

The mix of styles and grains is successful. Corn of Montérégie, rye of Saint-Joseph-de-Kamouraska and malted barley of Témiscouata, the 3 Quebec grains express themselves fully. Double distilled in Scottish type still, the whisky 3 grains rest 3 years in oak barrels. It is then fascinating to see the effects of time, the nose is soft, whisky is complex in the mouth.

The Cocktail "Vampire" :

Ingredients: 120ml of black beer / 30ml of whisky / 120ml of cranberry juice / A cherry to decorate the glass

1- Put ice cubes in highball glass and pour whiskey and cranberry juice

2- Gently add the beer to create two distinct phases

3- Add tonic (80ml per glass)

4- Stitch the cherry and place it on the glass
