Une tasse de farine à pancakes, un œuf et du lait !
C'est tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour réaliser de délicieux pancakes maison, légers et gonflés !

Mélangez les 250 g de cette farine avec 300 ml de lait, 1 oeufs et 15 ml de beurre fondu.
Cuire une louche de la préparation, dans une poêle légèrement graissée, jusqu'à formation de bulles sur le pancake. Alors, le retourner et cuire environ une minute la seconde face.

Conservation : Dans un endroit frais et sec.
