Mélangez les 250 g de cette farine avec 300 ml de lait, 1 oeufs et 15 ml de beurre fondu.
Cuire une louche de la préparation, dans une poêle légèrement graissée, jusqu'à formation de bulles sur le pancake. Alors, le retourner et cuire environ une minute la seconde face.

Tout chocolat, mais un peu trop justement. Quelques pépites avec une préparation basique aurait été mieux.

C’était un essai : c’est bon mais les pépites de chocolat fondent trop vite. Ils n’en reste plus beaucoup dans les crêpes
