A cup of pancake flour, an egg and milk!
This is all you need to make delicious homemade pancakes, light and swollen!

Mix the 250 g of this flour with 300 ml of milk, 1 egg and 15 ml of melted butter.
Cook a layer of the mixture, in a lightly greased skillet, until bubbles are formed on the pancake. Then turn it over and cook for about a minute the second face.

Retention: In a cool, dry place.
