The vidal large reserve ice wine is a jewel of the Canadian winery, made from vidal grapes carefully collected on the oldest block of vines on the property.

Harvesting took place under freezing conditions, with temperatures ranging from -10°c to -12°c, resulting in pure and concentrated fruit. The low-temperature fermentation process was carefully conducted, highlighting the complex flavours of stone fruits.

The result is an ice wine with a velvety texture, offering a symphony of aromas of tropical fruits, honey, apricot and peach, perfectly balanced by a fresh and lively acidity in the finish. It is a delight to enjoy alone for a refined experience, or to accompany with fruit-based desserts or a delicious blue cheese for an unforgettable taste harmony.
