Instructions for use:

Pancakes :

- Mix 2Kg with 10 cups (2.5L) milk, 8 eggs and 1/4 cup (120ml) melted butter.

- Bake 1 layer of mixture in a very hot skillet coated with vegetable fat until bubbles form on the surface

- Turn around and finish cooking

Gaufres :

- Mix 8 cups of milk (2.5L), 8 eggs and 1/4 cup (120ml) of melted butter.

- Cook a ladle in a Gaufrier

Ingredients : Unbleached flour, pure maple sugar, baking powder, sea salt.
